NODEUS REBRANDING (PREVIOUSLY OFFICE IN HANDS)
Spearheaded the comprehensive rebranding of Office In Hands to Nodeus, a company specializing in outsourced customer support and solutions. This project involved extensive research, creative development, and implementation across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducted in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.
• Proposed and collaborated with the CEO to brainstorm and refine a new brand name, ultimately selecting "Nodeus."
• Designed a distinctive logo that visually represents Nodeus' core values and target audience.
• Developed and launched a new website showcasing Nodeus' services and expertise.
• Created a cohesive brand identity by designing official company stationery and other marketing materials.
• Managed the transition and redesign of all Nodeus social media platforms.
This project successfully established a distinct and professional brand image for Nodeus and contributed to a more modern and competitive market presence.
LoopCup Championship
Spearheaded the development and execution of the LoopCup Championship, the world's first official emulator esports program aimed at recognizing and showcasing the skills of potential gamers on mobile games who play on Emulator. The goal was to provide an opportunity for these players to compete and be recognized at the state, national, and international levels.
Under my supervision, we organized and managed a variety of successful esports events, including the world's first official emulator tournament for PUBG Mobile, Free Fire events for four different regions, a Call of Duty: Mobile tournament, and the world's biggest PUBG Mobile emulator tournament, which had a massive prize pool of $3000, and saw the participation of 250+ teams from all over the world, and 150 partnered streamers. These tournaments drew participants from 40+ countries, and had a total of 3M+ views.
I developed and maintained relationships with key partners, including sponsors and influencers, to ensure the success of the program. I also managed and coordinated event logistics, including scheduling, marketing, and technical aspects, while providing supervision and support to team members and volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Through my efforts, the LoopCup Championship program grew and expanded, continuously seeking out new and innovative ways to improve and provide a platform for Emulator players to showcase their skills. This project was a testament to my skills in project management, leadership, and innovation, and I am proud to have been a part of it.
