- Sustaining and Engineering team:

• Working with partner support to learn and resolve issues faced by end users (learners and instructors).
• Areas of focus were sparse, backend (Django, Ruby), frontend (React), database (MySql, MongoDB), optimizations etc.
• Helped resolved thousands of user requests, to ensure smooth user experience.

- Infinity Development Team

• Achieved revamping of legacy discussions forum experience for learners on platform to have smother learner experience, and increase learner engagement. Learner engagement increased by 5% after initial rollout.
• Also introduced Notification system in edX platform with aim of increasing visibility for learners on updates on platform. Event driven approach was taken to understand adoption of these new features, including use of technologies like Segment and Snowflake to ingest events, and create dashboard to help understand adoption. 10% increase in visibility of updates for learners was observed after rollout.
• Working on Emails, and streamlining email processes with help of tools such as Braze and Saleforce. Objective of this initiative was to increase learner engagement on platform and drive revenues.

Backend Engineer for sastaticket.pk website.

• Tasked with managing search and booking functionality of website, by integration of different providers.
• This project powered delivery of search and booking facility to thousands of users online daily.
• Integration included utilizing APIs for international (Sabre API) and local (Airblue and Shaheen) flight search and booking. Also included provider with help of web scrapper (SeeneAir).
• Developed high-performance RESTful web services to facilitate smooth communication between different components of application
