Project 1: STC 5G5 & 5G6 Rollout Project (Saudi Arabia) - SSV & Optimization

· Performed Single Site Verification (SSV) and drive testing for new 5G and LTE site deployments, ensuring optimal network launch.
· Conducted detailed log file analysis using TEMS/XCAP to monitor and optimize key parameters (CQI, MCS, Rank Indicator, PDSCH).
· Verified multi-technology band support (L700, L900, L1800, L2100, NR , N40, N78) and 5G anchoring performance.
· Coordinated drive test teams in the field, providing real-time support and direction for efficient testing and issue resolution.
· Analyzed and resolved network issues including overshooting neighbors, poor coverage, and throughput degradation.
· Prepared and delivered Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) and provided data-driven optimization recommendations.

Project 2: Zain Iraq SwapX Project - SSV & Reporting

· Executed SSV drive tests and generated comprehensive reports for GSM, UMTS, and LTE technologies during network modernization.
· Performed pre- and post-swap analysis to validate network performance and ensure successful site integration.
· Processed drive test logs to identify and troubleshoot critical air-interface issues such as call drops and missing neighbors.
· Prepared and submitted detailed drive test reports for customer approval.

Executed manual test cases for the "Tax Asan" mobile application, covering positive and negative test scenarios.
· Identified, documented, and suggested solutions for software deficiencies to improve product quality and user experience by using selenium.

Identify key KPIs for product quality.

Monitored resolution of bugs and helped developers tackle ongoing problems by providing QA perspective.
