Accomplished medicinal chemist with over 15 years of experience in small-molecule drug discovery, specializing in oncology and infectious diseases. Pursuing a PhD at the University of Iceland, with defense scheduled for August 2026. Expertise in lead design, SAR optimization, and translational research, successfully advancing compounds from concept to preclinical validation, including nanomolar leads targeting acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and M. tuberculosis (Mtb).
